what are the points for?

i noticed that on our profile we have "number of posts", "location" and "points". but what are the points for? i mean what would it do to us? do we need to reach a certain number of points for something? i also noticed that we only get points when we post on the topics of chunella and chun only and ella only. i'm sorry if this is a stupid question but i'm just really curious since it wouldn't be there with no purpose but i really don't know the purpose of it. i've already tried looking for its explanation here but i can't seem to find the thread that explains it.

Can someone tell what are the points for??..
I have read a post but dunno where it is[of course it is here in CEFC] that they are still discussing about it??..haha..dunno if I am correct or i don't know if it is here lah~..let's just wait for someone to clarify it..

haha i thought it was actually awarded by you moderators and admins for every good post made, but i realized my posts were just replies to the topic. and then i've noticed that every time i post on the "other stuff" section, no points are being added. i also thought it was for the elite section as it would make more sense if you reach a certain number of points to make it in the elite section rather than the # of messages since anyone can just reply on the general stuff section and keep on replying to the threads about games and stuff. but yeah i'll just wait too :)

me too..I'm also curious about the points :D
I asked someone about it and she said they'll just post here the purpose of the points..haha..I'm still waiting for that post :D

yeah... please do continue to hold on okie? haha~ an official announcement will be made soon i guess. >.< But we've other issues to settle before this, so yup, for now, we're just letting it accumulate first. And yeah, the pts would mainly be used for the elite section and all. :) In advance, we would like to thank you for your patience first! :D
